Come with us on a fascinating journey to the Middle Ages and discover the Poblet Monastery of Saint Mary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on a trip from the Middle Ages until today.
Guided Tour of the Poblet Monastery
The Poblet Monastery is a splendid architectural complex located in an idyllic valley at the foot of the Prades mountains. Founded in the 12th Century by a small group of monks, it soon gained royal favor and became the Pantheon of the Kings of Aragon. Throughout the centuries, it continued to grow until the disaster that led to the exclaustration of the community in 1835.
Today, the monumental complex is a World Heritage Site, which houses an active community of more than twenty Cistercian monks. Furthermore, it is a place that breathes spirituality, where you will have the fortune to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this privileged enclave.
We invite you to discover and enjoy!
