General booking conditions
1. Guided tours
• If you have booked online, you must prove this reservation with your ticket, passport or ID.
• If you are under 18, just enjoy the experience.
• Please kindly arrive 10 minutes before the tour starting time in order to check in.
2. Premium tours
A security deposit may be taken a few days prior to the tour by credit card, or the amount may be requested in advance. Please make sure the credit card has the amount to be deposited available.
Online payments
100% of the total amount will be charged for booking your experience.
By paying, you agree to all of our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policies, and Payment Agreement. See our Privacy Policy for privacy-related questions.
All refunds are subject to the discretion of the administration fee.
Cancellations and changes
We know that things don't always go as planned. No matter the situation, we will do our best to make sure that the experience takes place. We will work with you to make sure everything runs smoothly.
1. Cancellations:
• More than 48 hours before the activity, you will receive 100% of the payment.
• Between 48h and 24h before the activity, you will receive 50% of the amount of the reservation.
• 24 hours prior to the experience, no refunds will be made.
2. Changes:
Any modification of a reservation can be made up to 2 days before the experience. If a change is required after that date, a final cost management fee may apply. All money transfer costs must be paid by the customer.
Third party activities
Itinere is proud to select the best providers of top quality activities in Tarragona, offering you the best experiences. Itinere is not responsible for any changes, unforeseen circumstances or errors in the services provided by third parties.
All third-party activities take place in a separate location from Itinere's guided tours and tours. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they reach the third party experience in a timely manner. Itinere will do their best to make sure you arrive on time, but are not responsible for missed activities.
Please note that all third party bookings are subject to different terms and conditions. Talk to an Itinere agent if you have any questions about third-party activities.
Kayak Tours & Paddle Surfing
Kayaking: You must always bring a copy of your passport or ID. If you do not have a valid passport or ID, you will not be allowed to perform the activity.
In case of adverse weather conditions TGNautica kayak reserves the right to suspend the activity. In these cases we will look for a new date and if it is not possible, the client will be able to recover the amount of the activity.
The TGNautica kayak team has the exclusive duty and right to judge when the weather conditions are not suitable for the activity.
• Return conditions:
To complete the reservation, you must pay 100% of the amount of the activity. If canceled or modified, the following cancellation policy applies: 5 days or more in advance, the customer will be refunded 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Between 5 and 2 days (48 hours) in advance, the client will recover 50% of the total amount of the reservation. The customer will not be able to recover the amount of the reservation if they cancel less than 48 hours in advance.
Covid-19
The corresponding security measures must be complied with. Otherwise, the person or persons may be asked to leave the activity to ensure the safety of the group.
