The scale model of medieval Tarragona

It is to be found in the medieval room on the upper floor of the King’s Castle (Ancient roman Pretori) and shows the aspect of the walled city in great detail during the XIV Century.

The model is made of wood and combines lighter coloured material to identify the medieval buildings and darker wood for the old remains of the roman ruins that survived until medieval times.
